    Pegged Drawer Organizer

Posted by Jill on 1st May 2020

This was an expensive drawer insert and I, too, am irritated that there are no instructions. My contractor can't figure it out either! Peg holes not properly drilled. Nothing screws in properly, some one said to pound them in with a rubber mallet...really??? I agree, Kraftmaid give some decent instructions and make it so it fits together properly. I spent $24,000 on kitchen cabnetry and this piece just doesn't work. Should return it and have my husband design something that actually fits together and works. We can't insert the pegs and it is all wobbly! I've been on the Kraftmaid website just to find out about this product, nothing here so I left a review instead.

    pegged drawer organizer

Posted by Katie D on 18th Jan 2020

Nicely finished wood; as noted by another review, no assembly instructions. Instructions would greatly enhance this product's use. Seems one should remove/discard the white screw-in attachment, replace it with the metal fastener and push/pound in the unthreaded exposed end of the fastener (Use a rubber mallet or other nonmarring tool) into one of the drawer bottom holes. We're on our own to come up with an effective storage layout. Would have appreciated some hints on layout ideas and assembly. Only 3 stars due to the lack of support. (Come on, Kraftmaid, link to a a short video???)

Holes not drilled all the way through

Posted by Vicki Nason on 7th Aug 2019

The peg holes, in the bottom wood piece were not drilled all the way through. There were no instructions on how to attach the pegs. I assumed the little white feet, with the bolt, screwed off and then put on the underside, to spin the wood peg on. The bolts are two short and the white feet do not come off. Completely perplex! Do you have to go get your own mounting bolts?

Nicest pegged drawer orgnaizer I found.

This is a great addition for organizing dishes in your drawers. I love the pegs that curve to the dish. It looks good too.
The only drawback I had, I needed some of the peg holes closer together. No problem my husband can drill them.
